Villa Bella was first and foremost a passion project
In the early 1990's, builder and owner Jane, moved to Bali with a dream - to create a home where she could raise her young daughter, surrounded by nature, beauty, and the spirit of the island she had loved since childhood. Having first visited Bali in the 1970's, Jane had long been enchanted by the islands magic.
At the time, Banjar Kuwum was quiet and untouched by tourism - a hidden pocket few foreigners knew of. But Jane saw something special. Tucked into a rare cul-de-sac with a true village feel, the area was a private hidden oasis. It was the perfect place to bring her vision to life.
Designed to invite in the luscious surrounding nature of the garden inside, the villa is a mix of open plan Mediterranean Minimalism and rich traditional Indonesian design. Within the home are layered treasures Jane has collected along her years of travel - each piece holding a story, a memory, a moment.
Villa Bella is more than a home, it's a living memory of one of Bali's most magical eras.

Villa Bella : A Tropical Haven to Call Home
Where Spacious Elegance Meets Lush Serenity, Designed for Your Comfort and Joy
Villa Bella is a spacious, open-plan home with a traditional grass-thatched roof, nestled within a lush tropical garden. The villa features three large, luxurious bedrooms - each with its own semi-open air ensuite bathroom and a private balcony complete with hammocks overlooking the luscious greenery.
The upstairs suite includes a king-sized bed, while the two ground-floor bedrooms each have queen-size beds. Extra beds and cribs can be arranged upon request, making the space ideal for families or groups. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, fan-cooled, and equipped with mosquito nets, and entertainment system for your comfort and convenience.
The villa includes a breezy open-living-space area with spacious lounges, dining table and ceiling fans, equipped with surround sound stereo system. There is an attached separate kitchen area with a secondary dining space.
Sprinkled in the garden are two separate bale lounges as well as two sets of poolside resting lounges - taking you right into the tropical world of the garden as you relax and enjoy the pool.

Upon arrival, you'll find our guest information book, which includes details and rates for our services - from our pampering spa treatments, transport arrangements, nanny services, to our unique offerings of Balinese cultural experiences and ceremonies.
You'll also find a thoughtfully curated Bali guide with our favorite local recommendations. From restaurants and beaches to the hidden gems we love!
A Kind Token : As is customary in Bali, we warmly encourage guests to leave a gratuity for the staff at the end of their stay. This is a meaningful gesture of appreciation for our team's dedicated care and service.
Policy & Notes
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days or less of reserved dates - full payment is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below:
~ Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your schedule check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
~ Cancellations made within 30 to 60 days of check-in date are non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule your stay based on availability in our calendar.
~ Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non- refundable, however, we will gladly offer the option to reschedule your booking, subject to availability.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $250 security deposit will be pre-authorized one day before arrival and automatically released 7 days after departure, pending no damages.
